To apply for Medicare Part A & B.

Go to: https://secure.ssa.gov/iClaim/rib

Click on Start a new application.

This is the social security website. At the end it will ask you, if you want to apply for Social Security, you must determine if you want to or not. If not sure, call us we may give you some assistance.   

Your Medicare premium is determined each year by the income you made 2 years ago.
